They eat 3/5 the calories as those in industrialized society, drink 40 cups of water with chunks of Himalyan mineral salt daily, work 12 hours a day then play,take long 20 mile treks or hike up the mountin side, meditate many times in the day, etc.  Their diet consists of fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains and a little goat or Yak meat every couple of weeks, drink home made “Pani” wine (weak) and goat milk. They put all animal and human elimination and garbage back into the soil as compared to industrial society where all all elimination goes down the drain to public works depts.and released in garbage dumps. Our soil is nutritionally weak while their soil, without the support of nutrients and pesticide, can fend off all microbes and insects. 

5. WATER

Like that of nutrition, lots can be said and studies can be cited all day long as to which type of water is best for us. One thing is for sure however. Drinking enough water on a daily basis is essential for proper elimination and detoxification. I have found that water in plastic containers is very acidic which results in an inflammatory state. City water is in healthy acid/alkaline ranges but still has too much chlorine. I suggest putting a filter on the tap and shower head. Reduced acidity and chlorine.

6. SUPPLEMENTATION

Today it is becoming very hard to argue against proper supplementation in order to maintain health due to our poor soil nutrition. However, if one were to source natural crop supplementation, they would be better off. This is hard to come by because it takes extra knowledge to provide for yourself and you need to take the time to grow your crop. Is It Possible For Essential Oils to Fight Gum Disease?

Did you realize that there are a number of essential oils that might help you to fight gum disease? Not a lot of people do, but it is worth it to familiarize yourself with them. Your oral health and hygiene is too important to take lightly. Oramd is an example of one product. Quite often, the more natural approach is at least helpful, even if it is no substitute for regular dental care. Using oils could be a healthy way to help keep your teeth and gums in good shape.

Evidence is piling up about the benefits that these oils may have on oral health. Since a lot of people are becoming increasingly interested in natural remedies, they are really catching on fast. The best news of all is that, by and large, these oils are quite easy to find.

For instance, it is possible to find commercial and mainstream toothpastes which contain these essential oils. You can do a search on the internet to come up with the majority of them. Mainly, you want to look for toothpastes which contain ingredients like peppermint oil and wintergreen oil. Some will also include thymol oil. All three may be helpful. An oral irrigator can be another useful tool for dental health.

Oils such as eucalyptus, tea tree, and manuka have shown to have a positive effect in the battle against potentially bad bacteria. But they must be used properly, failure to do so could actually cause harm.

You can actually coat your dental floss with the essential oil of your choice as well. Of course, you need to make sure it is properly diluted. With tea tree oil, for instance, you simply need to mix it with a teaspoon of aloe vera. Let the floss dry before you use it. An ozone generator could be useful in making an oxygenated mouthwash. You can use the same method with oil of oregano.

These methods should not be tried without contacting your dentist and obtaining approval and directions from your team of licensed dental practitioners first. The misuse of essential oils can be harmful. What you have read in this article is not enough to instruct you on the proper use of essential oils. It is important to understand that using essential oils is no substitute for the daily mechanical disruption of plaque. And they can not replace the benefits derived from regular dental cleanings and checkups You should be under the care of a licensed dental practitioner at all times.

Xylitol and Your Health…

One of the amazing hidden ‘secrets’ of this century is xylitol. It is truly astonishing on two points. This five carbon sugar can help to prevent both tooth decay and gum disease because the bacteria that eat it cannot utilize xylitol as they can glucose (six carbon table sugar). 

The second fact to know about xylitol is that it has been both well known in one country and almost unheard of in many other countries at the same time. This astounds me because it clearly demonstrates the limited nature of our human awareness.

Let’s explore further. Xylitol has been used and well documented to reduce the incidence of dental disease in Finland for over five decades now.  Yet here in the United States and many other countries you will hardly hear of a dentist that promotes it. There are a few, but they are not very many.

What Do Hemorrhoids Look Like?

Panic Attack Symptoms Test – Should You Take The Test?

Could you identify a panic attack if you had to? I know first hand it’s one of the scariest things to happen and it didn’t even happen to me! I was in the car while my wife was driving when she was hit with a panic attack.

They come in low concentrations and are often not major allergens. (Of course there are always exceptions to this.) But bright blues and yellows usually indicate serious levels of preservatives and chemical dyes.

* Study the size of your mineral makeup powder - If your mineral makeup boasts microscopic particles, back off. While mineral makeup is great for your skin, it is not always ideal inside it. Microscopic particles (nanoparticles) might be absorbed by your skin. Which may result in unpleasant allergic reactions. Also, mineral makeup is not tested for the effects of epidermal absorption. Because of this there is not a lot of information about the long term effects of this type of unintended absorption. If your mineral makeup contains conventionally sized particles, they cannot be absorbed in this fashion.

Skin care products vary in many forms and fashions. Everyone has their own personal favorites. This should not cloud your judgment about the quality of your skin care products though. Make sure that your skin care product regimen is truly the best for you and always keep an eye out for the fakes.
