Panic Attacks - Can You Cure Them Without Drugs?

General

Panic attacks, or anxiety attacks as they are usually one and the same, can strike you out of the blue. They hit you like lightening and probably do as much damage. If you are a sufferer I’m sure you would give anything to stop them dead. Your wish could be granted.

BAM! The First Attack Hits

My wife had her very first (and most frightening) panic attack while she was out driving in our car. Clearly this could have had disastrous consequences. When we both got over the shock, and let me tell you I was as shocked as her. We went to visit our doctor.

The doctor gave us the usual garbage about it being all in her head, no real danger, blah blah blah. We then got prescribed some beta blockers. I say “we” because even though it was my wife having it, I was feeling like part of it all. If that makes any sense. The drugs would slow her heart rate and stop the onset of the attacks, fingers crossed.

We tried going out in the car again and sure enough, at the same place she felt another attack looming. Basically she had a panic attack while the drugs kept her heart rate slower. She described it as worse than normal as she felt both out of control and calm at the same time.

Put The Drugs Where They Belong….In The Trash

We trashed the beta blockers as soon as we got safely home. A full 9 months went by and she never drove the car once. She never had a panic attack either, which was a mixed blessing.

We couldn’t let this situation go on. Her not being able to drive for fear of having an attack at the wheel. I constantly searched the internet for help and advice, and to be honest, hopefully a magic cure. We never found anything that really worked for long.

We Tried Hundreds…And Then Some

I came across yet another “system” that claimed to be a magic bullet. As we had tried everything we found so far we tried this also. Initial results were ok. We knew any success was because of the method and not the drugs, which she wasn’t taking. At the first attempt when she felt the overpowering urge to panic and scream, she put the method into play. She got through this attack ok.

When we talked after, she said she still had an attack but she managed to keep it at bay. She knew she had managed to lessen its effects herself. And this was a big confidence booster. She was sure the next time she could stop it all together. She didn’t.

Bit By Bit

But she did manage to decrease it effect. Each and every time she felt an attacking growing she decreased its effects. In less than a month she was able to know when an attack loomed. And more importantly stop it completely.

If panic attacks are the bane of your life you can either do nothing, or see your doctor and try some form of medication. The former won’t help you and the latter may or may not help.

Or you could decide to take control of your life and unlock the secret that will halt these anxiety attacks before they start. The key is at this website…

Panic Attack Symptoms Test - Should You Take The Test?

General

Could you identify a panic attack if you had to? I know first hand it’s one of the scariest things to happen and it didn’t even happen to me! I was in the car while my wife was driving when she was hit with a panic attack.

I sure wish we’d had the opportunity to know beforehand by taking a panic disorder symptoms test. Sadly we had to find out with a full blown attack.

I don’t mind telling you I was scared to death. In my forty odd years on earth I’d seen nothing like the thing that my wife was in the grip of. “In the grip of” is a good description as well. It was like two giant invisible hands were crushing her.

I bet there are a lot of people who are having these attacks and not understanding just what’s going on. They may experience different levels of anxiety but the fact remains, they are a victim. It’s not all doom and gloom as they can be easily conquered no matter how bad.

We saw a handful of doctors who all had a similar viewpoint. They’d repeatedly say there’s nothing to worry about, that it’s all in her head. I’ve seen these attacks and there is definitely something to fear if you don’t know how to stop them.

It may well be all in your head but if you are the victim of an attack you will know about it. Trust me on that. A few symptoms to keep an eye out for are underneath. If you recognize one or two then you could be at risk. You may need to act fast if you think you have symptoms of anxiety attacks. Better to act now than wait for a life threatening attack.

If you want to check out the number 1 (in my view) method to stop these attacks dead in their tracks then click this link… Review of Panic Away.

A few of the most common symptoms are…

Feeling the need to fiddle with something almost constantly. If you have to fiddle or simply cannot sit still then you could well be building to an anxiety attack.

Do you feel irritated for no apparent reason If you are constantly feeling irritable then you may be heading for a panic attack.

Do you seem to worry a lot If you worry about work or school or even family a lot more than other people then you could be leading up to an attack of anxiety.

Do you have heart palpitations & shallow breath This is one of the biggest indicators. If you have either then you should seek further help quickly as you may be a sufferer whether you realise or not.

If you need more information and a more in depth anxiety symptoms test then there’s another test over at my website. … Anxiety symptoms test here.

Take A Panic Symptoms Test & Discover If You Are About To Be Struck Down By A Panic Or Anxiety Disorder

General

Fairly unbelievable but it’s only in these recent times that anxiety disorders are increasing. When I say anxiety disorders you can group panic disorders and panic attacks and anxiety attacks together. They are mostly one and the same.

Is there a reason we seem to be suffering more attacks in the modern day? I’m sure there is and I’m sure the scientific community will happily produce a number of factors they see as responsible. Regardless of cause, the serious of the condition remains for the sufferer.

Though these disorders have many symptoms, you could still be a victim & not even be aware of it. None of us are born sufferers but when they strike they strike suddenly and with venom. You can get a clearer picture of whether you may be a sufferer by taking an anxiety symptoms test.

Anxiety symptoms tests usually involve ticking yes or no to a series of simple questions. You can then add up your score & read the advice given. After reading your score you can take the advice given and seek further assistance to fight back against these attacks.

A few of the anxiety symptoms test questions may seem trivial & unimportant. Nonetheless they are important in forming an overall picture. Ticking yes to one or two questions might not seem overly serious but it depends on which questions you have ticked.

Take one of the questions, “Do you seem to worry a lot”. Well, don’t we all worry a lot? But stick it together with a “yes” for the question about racing heartbeat & shortness of breath and you may well have a problem. If you do think you might be having anxiety disorder symptoms then what harm can it do to take the test?

It may even be a relief to discover what exactly has been bothering you for a while. There is help available if you find you are a sufferer. Anxiety attacks can be beaten in several ways.

My wife had her first panic attack while driving, completely out of the blue. We found a remedy in a product called PanicAway. We tried allsorts of remedies but none came close to how effective this product is.
