Is it time for Deep Detoxification?

General

Do you feel exhausted, worn out, and drained? Do you have a chronic illness or get sick frequently? Often, these are just symptoms of a body heavy on toxins, and that you might be ready for some deep body cleansing.

But what is body cleansing? Body cleansing is just a way to cleanse and detoxify the inside of your body. Often times, people don’t think much about what they’re eating and putting on their skin. But when you look at the labels, you’ll often see a large number of man-made chemicals, and your body isn’t designed to process or consume these chemicals. Because pesticides and insecticides don’t need to be labeled, unless you’re eating all organic foods, those chemicals are in every bite too.

You know those substances aren’t good for you - but how do you get them out of your body? That’s where body cleansing comes in - and it often involves colon cleansing, liver cleansing, and even doing a gallbladder cleanse. Colon cleansing is done regularly with enemas, or even professional colonics. Liver cleansing is frequently done with coffee enemas. While coffee enemas sound a bit strange, they work like a charm! And believe it or not, you can remove your gallstones, by drinking concoctions of Epsom salts, and lemon juice and olive oil. You can find the complete recipe by doing a Google search.

Water fasting and juice fasting can be part of cleansing too. Did you know that fasting is a powerful method of detoxification? Juice fasting provides optimal nutrition, while you’re detoxifying.

Because the benefits of coconut oil are becoming so well recognized, it’s often used for deep detoxification. Did you know coconut oil is a powerful natural antiviral and antibacterial agent? In fact, coconut oil is so powerful that some cleanses are based around fasting on lemonade with coconut oil in it.

For Your Health: Cleanse Your Liver

General

Liver cleansing needs to be done if you want to live a healthy, vibrant life. Doing  a deep body cleanse and liver cleanse are critical due to all of the manmade chemicals that have become commonplace in our environment and the foods we eat.

Our liver’s main job is to detoxify all of the manmade chemicals that enter our bodies from the environment and our foods. Yet, because common diets and lifestyles offer so many of these chemicals, and they enter the body on a daily basis, our liver often gets overwhelmed and becomes unable to do its work of detoxification effectively. This means that these unnatural chemicals end up accumulating in the body and the liver, and this can cause significant damage to the body. In fact, these chemicals (often called toxins) are often the underlying cause of many common health problems.

You might be surprised at the number of chemicals common in our food supply that are known to cause cancer and other problems. It’s obviously to your detriment to have those chemicals lingering in your body, which is what happens when your liver is overwhelmed. Body and liver cleansing can help you remove those accumulated poisons, so they don’t cause health problems or other damage.

One popular way to do liver cleansing is by doing coffee enemas. Although using coffee in an enema may sound odd, coffee enemas actually enable your liver to release it’s stored toxins into the colon for immediate removal, and because you’re doing an enema, those toxins are quickly flushed from the body and down the drain.

Many people experience immediate improvements in health and well being with coffee enemas, and they are commonly used in alternative health and cancer healing facilities around the world. The fact that coffee enemas are so successful in extreme cases of sickness is a testament to the importance of our liver, and how important it is in creating either health or sickness.

When we understand this, perhaps we’ll start to take better care to minimize the numbers and amounts of chemicals we put into our bodies that damage our liver to actually prevent this toxin accumulation. But for now, be thankful that nature has provided a simply way to remove all those chemicals from your body.

If you really want to do deep cleansing, in addition to liver and colon cleansing, you might also want to think about doing a gallbladder cleanse. A gallbladder cleanse often involves drinking solutions of Epsom salts and lemon juice and olive oil, and this removes gallstones from your gallbladder. In addition to other benefits, this often offers insomnia help.
